Aitutaki's only functional fitness  facility established in 2020, we strive to develop the health and fitness of our local community by getting them active, teaching them about the value of living a balanced lifestyle and working together with them to combat the national Non-Communicable Disease (NCDs) crisis that plagues our nation.

We offer a variety of functional fitness classes, specialised weightlifting programs and youth wellness initiatives in and around the island.

Our gym is an all inclusive, family orientated  place, much like the community focused culture of the Cook Islands, our gym is for everyone and anyone looking to better their minds, bodies and lives.
